So today lets get back on topic.

Lets look at a few possible follow up techniques to a failed hip throw (Ogoshi). Chances are that if you have a hip throw in your syllabus you likely already have a few follow up techniques for it built right into your system. This is great, but I like options.

Here are three possible options, at least one I sure you haven’t see and will likely surprise you with it’s simplicity and effectiveness.
